Info

Pennsylvania Station Renewed reimagines New York’s busiest train station, with a new glazed entrance on Eighth Avenue, a daylit train hall and a single, generous concourse framed by a double colonnade. Darcstudio created imagery for PAU and HOK that conveys the scale and civic ambition of the design, imagery that has since featured widely, from Dezeen to The New York Times.

The design

Daylight returns to Penn Station, through a train hall over 50 feet tall.

The imagery

Civic in scale, human in detail: stone, bronze and light.
