What we collect, and why
- Enquiries. The details you send us, such as your name, email, company, message and any files you attach, so we can reply. Your enquiry also tells us which pages of this site you looked at before getting in touch, and the website that sent you here, so we know what brought you to us. We don’t add you to a mailing list or sell your details.
- Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as pages viewed and the type of device. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
Who sees it
Our website host, form service and email provider, and Google for analytics. Some are based in the US, where transfers are protected by the UK’s approved safeguards.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
